These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Manaspurti Technologies Pvt Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Cardroom360 platform as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
1. Admissibilité
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Comptes utilisateurs
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Abonnements et paiement
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”).
- All payments shall be in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be charged as applicable.
- We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and consents to use and share such data within the Service. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including any applicable gaming regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Droits de propriété intellectuelle
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Manaspurti Technologies Pvt Ltd. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes according to your subscription plan.
6. Activités interdites
You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.
- Attempting to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access.
7. Résiliation
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Exclusion de garantie
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service.
9. Limitation de responsabilité
In no event shall Manaspurti Technologies Pvt Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Droit applicable et règlement des différends
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panaji, Goa, India to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.
