Getting Started with Cardroom360

Set up your card room in minutes. Step-by-step guide to get Cardroom360 running for your operations.

Download & Install

Cardroom360 is available on Android. Download the app and install it on your device.

  1. Visit the Download page or search for "Cardroom360" on the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).
  2. Download and install the app on your Android or iOS device.
  3. Open the app to begin the setup process.

Requirements: Android 8.0 (API level 26) or higher, or iOS. Internet connection required. Desktop and web apps are coming soon.

Create Your Account

The first step is creating your operator account. This account will have admin privileges for your card room.

  1. Open the Cardroom360 app.
  2. Tap "Sign Up" on the authentication screen.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password.
  4. Verify your email address using the verification link sent to your inbox.
  5. Once verified, you'll be taken to the registration setup.

Set Up Your Card Room

After creating your account, you'll set up your card room. You have two options:

New Card Room Setup

Choose this if you're setting up a brand new card room. You'll enter:

  • Card room name
  • Location details
  • Contact information
  • Operating hours

Existing Card Room Setup

Choose this if your card room already exists on Cardroom360. You'll need:

  • An invite code from your card room admin, OR
  • A direct invite link

Add Staff Members

Your card room runs on your team. Add staff members and assign them roles.

  1. Navigate to Staff from the bottom navigation or drawer menu.
  2. Tap "Add Staff" to create a new staff account.
  3. Enter the staff member's name, email, and role.
  4. Assign appropriate permissions based on their responsibilities.
  5. The staff member will receive an invitation to join.

Tip: Start with basic roles and adjust permissions as needed. You can always update permissions later.

Configure Tables

Set up your tables with the correct configurations for your games.

  1. Navigate to Card Room settings.
  2. Go to Table Configuration.
  3. Define your table types (number of seats, felt color, rail color).
  4. Set up game stakes (blinds, buy-ins, straddles).
  5. Configure rake settings if applicable.

Tip: You can create multiple table configurations for different game types (e.g., Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Teen Patti, Rummy).

Run Your First Session

Now you're ready to run your first cash game session.

  1. Navigate to the Live tab (home screen).
  2. Tap "New Session" and select "Cash Game".
  3. Select the game type and stakes.
  4. The session is now active and visible on the live dashboard.
  5. Add players to the waitlist or assign them directly to tables.
  6. Assign dealers to tables.
  7. The game is running! Monitor progress from the live dashboard.
  8. When done, close the session to generate stats and reconcile finances.
