Cashier Operations
The cashier handles all monetary transactions:
- Open the Cashier module from the drawer menu
- Process player buy-ins and cash-outs
- Track cash advances and player account balances
- Generate receipts for all transactions
Rake Collection
Track and collect rake from cash game sessions:
- Configure rake settings per table and game type
- Set house rake schedules with configurable intervals
- Track rake collection in real time during sessions
- Review rake totals when closing sessions
Ledger Accounting
The financial ledger tracks all income and expenses:
- Create ledger accounts (Bank, Cash Register, etc.)
- Record income and expense entries with categories
- View ledger flow and distribution analytics
- Export ledger data for accounting purposes
Financial Reports
Generate financial reports for analysis:
- Track revenue, expenses, and profit margins over time
- Analyze billing patterns and financial trends
- Export financial data in Excel, PDF, or CSV formats
