Overview

The Player Kiosk is a self-service device for players at your card room. It handles check-in, registration, waitlist status, leaderboards, and feedback — reducing front desk workload.

Kiosk Setup

Deploy a kiosk device in a few steps:

  1. Register a tablet or dedicated device in the Devices section
  2. Assign it the Player Kiosk role during setup
  3. Choose which screens to display (check-in, live tables, leaderboard, tournaments)

Player Check-In

Players use the kiosk for quick self-service check-in:

  • Scan QR code from their player card or Poker360 app for instant check-in
  • Manual entry option for players without QR codes
  • New player registration with phone verification
  • Waitlist join and status viewing

Information Screens

The kiosk displays useful information for players:

  • Live tables showing active games, stakes, and available seats
  • Current leaderboard standings and rankings
  • Tournament schedule and registration status
  • Staff directory for contacting floor managers or cashiers
