Can I try Cardroom360 before committing?
Yes! The Starter plan is free forever — no credit card required. You can explore core features including cash game sessions, basic player management, and the waitlist system. When you're ready for more capacity and features, upgrade to Essential or Elite at any time.
What's the difference between Starter and Essential?
The Starter plan supports 1 table, 15 players, and 2 staff — perfect for home games or testing. Essential unlocks 4 tables, 150 players, and 10 staff plus tournament management, player leaderboards, advanced reporting, staff scheduling, and the training module. It's designed for serious card room operations.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll be notified as you approach your limits. Simply upgrade to the next plan to continue growing — there are no overage charges. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and billing is adjusted proportionally for the remaining period.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time with no penalties. Changes take effect immediately, and your billing is adjusted proportionally. There are no lock-in contracts — you stay because the product works, not because you're trapped.
Is there a discount for annual billing?

What payment methods do you accept?
