Transport & Dispatch Guide

Overview

The Transport module manages player pickups, drops, and VIP transfers. It handles driver dispatch, vehicle tracking, GPS location, and ride management from request to completion.

Ride Management

Rides are created from player bookings, events, or manual assignments. Here's the typical flow:

1. A ride request is created from a booking, event, or manual assignment.
2. The request includes pickup location, destination, player details, and preferred time.
3. An available driver and vehicle are assigned to the request.
4. The ride is tracked in real time until completion.

Driver Management

Manage your driver team from the Transport section:

• View all drivers with their current status (available, on ride, off duty)
• Track driver performance with completion rates, ratings, and response times
• Access driver profiles with session history and statistics
• Use the driver leaderboard to recognize top performers

Vehicle Fleet

Register and manage your vehicle fleet:

• Register vehicles with type, capacity, and registration details
• Track vehicle status, current assignments, and maintenance schedules
• View vehicle statistics including ride count and utilization

GPS Tracking

Real-time GPS tracking provides visibility into all active rides:

• View driver locations on a live map during active rides
• Track estimated arrival times and route progress
• Monitor ride history with route playback

Department Statistics

The transport dashboard provides department-wide insights:

• Total rides completed, active rides, and pending requests
• Driver utilization rates and average response times
• Vehicle fleet usage and cost tracking
