Training Academy Guide

Overview

The Training Academy module provides comprehensive staff training through rulebooks, certification quizzes, and interactive games. It includes default content like the Dealer SOP & TDA Handbook.

Rulebooks & SOPs

Create and distribute standard operating procedures:

1. Access the Academy and navigate to Rulebooks
2. Use the default "Cardroom360 Dealer SOP & TDA Handbook" or create custom rulebooks
3. Share rulebook links with staff for self-study

Certification Quizzes

Build and administer certification assessments:

• Create quizzes with multiple choice and true/false questions
• Set pass/fail thresholds and attempt limits
• Track quiz scores and certification status per staff member
• Review attempt history and assessment results

Interactive Training Games

Practice makes perfect with interactive training tools:

• Poker training games for hand ranking practice
• Game mechanics practice for new dealers
• Score tracking and progress monitoring
