Overview

Cardroom360 handles every aspect of tournament management. Configure blind structures, set up payouts, manage re-entries, and run a professional tournament clock — all from the app.

Tournament Configuration

Create a tournament configuration template for reuse:

  1. Navigate to Card Room → Tournament Config
  2. Tap "New Configuration"
  3. Set the game variant (Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Teen Patti, Rummy, etc.)
  4. Define starting stack amount
  5. Configure blind structure (see below)
  6. Set payout structure (see below)
  7. Configure re-entry and add-on rules
  8. Save the configuration for future tournaments

Blind Structure

Define the blind levels for your tournament:

  • Level Number — Sequential level identifier
  • Small Blind — The small blind amount
  • Big Blind — The big blind amount
  • Ante — Ante amount (if applicable)
  • Duration — How long each level lasts (in minutes)

You can create multiple blind structures and save them as templates. Popular structures include turbo (shorter levels), regular, and deep stack (longer levels).

Payout System

Define how tournament prizes are distributed:

  • Percentage-Based — Allocate a percentage of the prize pool to each finishing position
  • Fixed Amount — Assign specific amounts to each position
  • Custom Distribution — Create custom payout tables for special events

Example payout structure for a 10-player tournament:

  • 1st Place: 50%
  • 2nd Place: 30%
  • 3rd Place: 20%

Tournament Clock

The built-in tournament clock displays blind levels and timing for all players:

  • Visual countdown for current blind level
  • Next level preview
  • Current blinds and antes displayed
  • Player count and average stack
  • Can be displayed on TV screens for all players to see

Start the clock when the tournament begins. Blind levels advance automatically based on the configured duration.

Player Entries

Manage player registration and entries:

  • Register Players — Add players to the tournament manually or via check-in
  • Late Registration — Allow players to join after the tournament starts (with optional limitations)
  • Re-Entries — Track re-entry count per player. Players can re-enter if allowed by the configuration.
  • Add-Ons — Sell additional chips at designated break periods
  • Seat Assignment — Assign players to seats or use random seating

As players are eliminated, tables are balanced by moving players from fuller tables to emptier ones.
