What is Cardroom360?

Cardroom360 is an all-in-one management platform for live card room operators. It replaces whiteboards, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp groups with a single app that handles player management, session operations, staff scheduling, tournaments, analytics, loyalty programs, and more.

Think of it as the operating system for your card room — every aspect of your business runs through it, from the moment a player walks in to the end-of-day reconciliation.

Who is Cardroom360 for?

Cardroom360 is designed for card room operators, promoters, and managers who run live card games — whether it's poker, teen patti, rummy, or any other card game. It's suitable for single-table home games, small card rooms, and large multi-table operations.

How do I get started?

Download the app from the Google Play Store, create an account, and follow the setup wizard. The Getting Started Guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up your card room.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Cardroom360?

No. Cardroom360 is designed to be intuitive. If you can use a smartphone app, you can use Cardroom360. The interface is built for operators, not developers. Our Getting Started guide walks you through every step.

Features & Functionality

What types of card games does Cardroom360 support?

Cardroom360 supports all popular card game variants including Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Teen Patti, Rummy, Crazy Pineapple, and more. You can configure game types, stakes, and rules through the table configuration system. Custom game types can be added as needed.

Can I manage multiple card rooms?

Yes. The Elite plan supports unlimited card rooms. You can manage multiple locations from a single account with role-based access control. Each card room operates independently with its own staff, players, and settings.

Does Cardroom360 support tournaments?

Yes. Cardroom360 includes full tournament management with:

  • Configurable blind structures (turbo, regular, deep stack)
  • Payout systems (percentage-based, fixed, or custom)
  • Re-entries and add-ons with per-player limits
  • Built-in tournament clock displayed on screens
  • Player entries, late registration, and table balancing
  • Save tournament configurations as templates for reuse

Is there a player app?

Yes. Players can use the Poker360 app to view game info, events, and rewards. The Poker360 app integrates with Cardroom360 via QR code linking. Staff can use the Crew360 app for similar integration.

Can I run a loyalty program?

Yes. Cardroom360 includes a complete loyalty system with tiered memberships, benefits, automated evaluation, and loyalty analytics. Create Silver, Gold, Platinum tiers with custom benefits and earning thresholds.

Does Cardroom360 support digital signage?

Yes. You can create slideshows and presentations for TV displays. Show live game info, tournament updates, and promotions on screens around your card room. Slideshows can be assigned to specific devices.

How does the waitlist system work?

Players join the waitlist when tables are full. Cardroom360 supports two modes: Auto-Assign (players are seated automatically when a seat opens) and Manual Assign (staff places players at specific seats). You can configure priority rules, maximum waitlist size, and geo-fencing notifications.

How much does Cardroom360 cost?

Cardroom360 offers three plans:

  • Starter — Free forever. 1 table, 15 players, 2 staff.
  • Essential — ₹9,999/month. 4 tables, 150 players, 10 staff.
  • Elite — Contact us. Unlimited everything.

Is there a free trial?

The Starter plan is free forever and supports 1 table with up to 15 players. You can upgrade to Essential or Elite at any time. No credit card required to start.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) with applicable GST. Contact us for details on available payment methods and invoicing options.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted proportionally. There are no lock-in contracts.

Technical

What devices are supported?

Cardroom360 is available on Android (8.0 / API level 26 and higher) and iOS, supporting phones and tablets. Desktop and web apps are coming soon.

Does it work offline?

Cardroom360 requires an internet connection for real-time features (live dashboard, waitlists, status broadcasting). Some data is cached locally for quick access, but full functionality requires connectivity.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Cardroom360 uses industry-standard security practices. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through authentication and role-based permissions. KYC documents are stored securely with restricted access.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Cardroom360 supports data exports in multiple formats. You can export reports, player data, and financial records for external analysis, accounting, or record-keeping.

How does the access code system work?

Staff use 4-digit PIN codes for quick authentication during operations. Access codes can be rotated on a schedule (monthly is default) for enhanced security. Admins can regenerate or delete codes as needed. Each staff member has a unique code tied to their role and permissions.
