Manage VIP bookings with hotel, flights, and itinerary planning.
Creating Bookings
Set up a new VIP booking:
- Navigate to Bookings and tap Create Booking
- Enter player details, visit dates, and accommodation preferences
- Add special requests (dietary needs, room preferences, etc.)
- Set booking status and assign a hospitality coordinator
Travel Arrangements
Coordinate travel logistics for VIP players:
- Book flights and track flight details (arrival/departure times)
- Arrange airport transfers integrated with the Transport module
- Track travel expenses and manage the travel budget
Itinerary Planning
Build detailed schedules for VIP visits:
- Create day-by-day itineraries with activities, meals, and game sessions
- Share the itinerary with the player for review and confirmation
- Track itinerary changes and updates in real time
VIP Arrivals
Manage the VIP arrival experience:
- Track arrival status (confirmed, en route, checked in)
- Monitor hospitality delivery throughout the stay
- View booking financials including expenses and campaign ROI
