Overview

The Restaurant module manages food and beverage operations within your card room. It covers menu management, order processing, waiter operations, and restaurant analytics.

Menu Setup

Set up your restaurant menu with categories, items, and pricing:

  1. Create menu categories (Starters, Mains, Desserts, Beverages, etc.)
  2. Add menu items with name, description, price, and ingredients
  3. Classify items by diet preference (Veg, Non-Veg, Vegan)
  4. Upload menu item photos for the digital menu display

Order Management

Orders can be placed from tables, the kiosk, or by staff:

  • Players and staff place orders from the table device or kiosk
  • Orders appear on the kitchen display in real time
  • Kitchen staff update order status (preparing, ready, served)
  • Track order history, revenue, and popular items

Waiter Operations

The waiter interface streamlines food service:

  • Dedicated waiter view for managing assigned tables
  • Real-time notifications when orders are ready for pickup
  • Ability to update order status and handle special requests

Restaurant Reporting

Track restaurant performance with built-in analytics:

  • Revenue tracking by time period, category, and item
  • Popular items and menu performance analysis
  • Order completion times and kitchen efficiency metrics
