Overview

The Calling module manages telemarketing campaigns to retain and re-engage players. It supports multiple campaign types, caller management, call scripts, and ROI tracking.

Campaign Types

Cardroom360 supports four campaign types:

  • Daily Retention — Regular check-ins with active players to maintain engagement
  • Event Promotion — Promote upcoming events and tournaments to targeted players
  • General Marketing — Broad outreach for promotions, offers, and announcements
  • Lapsed Player Revival — Re-engage players who haven't visited recently

Creating Campaigns

Set up a calling campaign in a few steps:

  1. Navigate to Calling and tap Create Campaign
  2. Select the campaign type and define the target audience
  3. Create or select a call script for consistent communication
  4. Set the validity window and assign callers

Caller Management

Manage your calling team and track their performance:

  • Assign callers to campaigns and view their calling lists
  • Track caller status (Idle, On Call, Paused, Wrap Up)
  • Monitor call attempts, outcomes, and conversion rates per caller

Campaign Analytics

Measure the effectiveness of your calling campaigns:

  • Track total calls made, connection rates, and conversion rates
  • View campaign ROI by comparing costs to player re-engagement
  • Analyze call outcomes and optimize scripts based on results
