Manage staff accounts, scheduling, access codes, and role-based permissions.

Overview

Staff management ensures your team has the right access and tools to do their job. Cardroom360 provides granular access control with 88+ privileges across 8 categories, plus scheduling and roster management.

Staff Accounts

Create and manage staff accounts from the Staff tab.

  1. Tap "Add Staff" to create a new account
  2. Enter the staff member's name and email
  3. Assign a role (Dealer, Floor Manager, Cashier, etc.)
  4. Configure permissions based on their responsibilities
  5. The staff member receives an invitation email

Each staff member has a unique account with their own login credentials and access level.

Access Codes

Access codes are 4-digit PINs used for quick authentication during operations.

  • Generate Codes — Create unique PINs for each staff member
  • Rotation Intervals — Set automatic rotation (daily, weekly, monthly) for enhanced security
  • Recreate Codes — Regenerate codes if compromised
  • Delete Codes — Remove codes for inactive staff

Staff enter their access code when performing sensitive operations like closing sessions or processing refunds.

Role-Based Permissions

Cardroom360 offers 88+ granular privileges organized into 8 categories:

Gameplay

Edit sessions, update waitlist, assign seats, manage events, enforce waitlist rules, edit tournament config, access game stats.

Guest Management

View basic/sensitive info, manage flags, update accounts, access player index, grant membership, add guests, manage KYC, view player card.

Staff Management

View info, manage access codes, manage invites, add accounts, manage KYC, edit rosters, manage certifications.

Data Reports

Export data, access reports, data report master, data management.

Finance & Rewards

Access cashier, reconcile bookings, redeem rewards, update promotions, view/update COD list.

Marketing & Metadata

Create leaderboard, access leaderboard, edit cardroom metadata, manage status updates, edit reports metadata, manage memberships, edit/create rulebooks, manage quiz.

Operations

Access transport, access caller dept, update calling metadata, manage campaigns, manage bookings.

System & Devices

Change environment, manage devices, access/manage slideshows, register TV devices, manage TV configs, support desk, platform admin.

Default permissions are assigned based on role. Custom permissions can be configured per staff member.

Staff Scheduling

Create and manage shift schedules for your team:

  1. Navigate to Staff Scheduling
  2. Create shift templates (e.g., Morning 9AM-3PM, Evening 3PM-9PM)
  3. Assign staff to shifts for each day
  4. Track attendance and coverage
  5. Handle shift swaps and time-off requests

Staff Roster

The roster gives you a real-time view of who's on duty:

  • See all staff members currently on shift
  • View which tables each dealer is assigned to
  • Check staff availability for additional assignments
  • Track staff performance metrics
